In conversation with Sipamandla Manqele on wellness – uncut video

In Episode 07, I spoke to the founder and CEO of Local Village Foods on wellness and entrepreneurship. We had so much to talk about that I decided to share with you our full conversation in an uncut video.

What remains clear to me is that inspiration is everywhere. It mainly requires an alert entrepreneur to look and notice. There is a school of thought that says opportunities exist whether or not they have been found, they exist. The opportunity for for air travel existed long before the Wright Brothers discovered it. Of course, certain shifts in the market and advances in technology enable different value propositions as they occur. That is exactly why alertness is required in entrepreneurship. Alertness is about systematically searching your environment and having a moment of insight. We can summarize this as a “eureka” moment.

Sipamandla talks of her “eureka” moment that led her to ultimately establish Local Village Foods.
