Many large companies have shed jobs driven both by digitalization and Covid19. For the first time, full-time employment is becoming less and less of a normality. In this episode, I spoke to Adi Kaimowitz on the type of mindset that employees looking to make a shift to entrepreneurship need to have.

Our conversation covered the need to be brave, as well as necessary steps to “bootstrap” your business in its first few months.

We spoke about how transitioning employees can access social networks to gain resources necessary to grow their businesses. Adi spoke about the concept of a lean consortium that is useful in both cost and efficiency for entrepreneurs.
