Entrepreneurs often do not have the resources to commit themselves to long term psychotherapy. This could be resources either in time, money, or both. In this episode I interviewed a dear friend and a clinical psychologist on the importance of psychotherapy, mindfulness, and self-reflection for entrepreneurs.
We spoke about how entrepreneurs who have had tough life experiences can develop new experiences to develop lateral thinking and expand on the repertoire of their skills.
We spoke about how psycho-therapy opens a plethora of choice for responding to various situations and how this is important for entrepreneurs to spot new opportunities.

My greatest take-away here was that we are only using 2% of our minds and that 98% of our responses are based on our sub-conscious thoughts. This is significant for entrepreneurs as we are the innovators and heroes of our modern-day society. By truly exploring various avenues of our minds, we expand the probability of increasing our creativity, our people skills, and making new connections that ultimately lead to better outcomes for our businesses, society, and ourselves.
